The Park's most exclusive site offers its tenants panoramic views of Lake Pontchartrain as well as close proximity to UNO and the UNO Recreation & Fitness Center. In addition, the building is located in an Enterprise Zone and is eligible for certain tax credits. The Advanced Technology Center opened in March, 2001 and houses a variety of tenants and the administrative offices of the UNO Research and Technology Foundation. |

The Center for Energy Resources Management (CERM), a $ 20 million University-owned research facility, houses research in engineering, energy, environment studies, information technologies and provides interim space for companies interested in establishing a long-term presence in the Park. The UNO Technology Transfer Office is located in CERM. |

| FUTURE LAKEFRONT HOTEL |

The UNO Research and Technology Foundation is planning a hotel development to provide lodging for guests and activities of Park occupants, public and private tenants, nearby businesses, organizations, conference center attendees and visitors to UNO.
The University offers degrees in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Administration and the hotel will add to the effectiveness of this already highly-respected academic program.

The Space & Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC), New Orleans is the first information technology organization of its kind to be located in Louisiana. Through a unique partnership between government, academia, and industry, the SSC has established a center for Information Technology/Information Management excellence. |

| UNO LINDY BOGGS CONFERENCE CENTER |

The conference center is located in the CERM Building. Operated by UNO, the center offers 20,000 square feet of conference facilities and planning, marketing, logistics, registration and financial management services to Park tenants, the University and the community.

| UNO/NORTHROP GRUMMAN MARITIME TECHNOLOGY CENTER OF EXCELLENCE |

The four-story, 200,000 square foot Center serves as home for 400 of Northrop Grumman’s maritime engineers and naval architects designing the U.S. Navy LPD-17 Warship and other maritime projects. The facility includes a 20,000 square foot teaching laboratory facility for the UNO School of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering that is managed by the UNO Research and Technology Park Foundation. The site is housed on 4.5 acres adjacent to Northrop Grumman Ship Systems Avondale Operations. |

Donated
by the Murphy Oil Company, the 111,000 square foot office building
located on the corner of Canal Street and
South Robertson, is immediately accessible to the Central Business
District, the Medical District and the Interstate system. The University
of New Orleans Technology Enterprise Center established a business
incubator, The Innovation Center, to assist medical and technology
related start-up companies build their future enterprises.
